System Requirements for Create 10.9

Hardware

Ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements for the installed version of Microsoft 365. Requirements for currently supported versions of Microsoft 365 can be found below:

Microsoft 365

Create 10.9 has been designed to work with the Microsoft 365 Apps: PowerPoint, Word & Excel. The Create ribbon tab only appears with the Desktop Installation of Microsoft 365.

Please ensure you keep Microsoft 365 updated by one of Microsoft’s recommended methods:

Operating system

Create is supported for both 32-bit and 64-bit client applications and will run on the following operating systems:

Windows 11

Software pre-requisites

Please note that users will need Administrator privileges to install these pre-requisites if not present and Create will need an internet connection:

to register the product and will need to connect to the internet periodically to validate the license; and

to download updates to the customisations and help guide

Microsoft .NET must be installed before Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime, so please ensure that you install them in the following order (see links below):

1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (or higher)

2. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime

3. Language Packs (where applicable, see below)
