How do I install Create V10 using ClickOnce?
There are two ways to install Create using ClickOnce:
1. Direct from PS web server (setup.exe) recommended method; or
2. Local files which can be distributed internally
What is the difference between Direct and Local installation?
If you deploy via our recommended method 1. Direct from PS web server, no further intervention is required from IT.
If you deploy via method 2. Local Files, then an IT professional will be required to distribute any updates to software or customisations (assets).
Can I install using an MSI?
This option is available on request. If you would prefer to install via an MSI, please email your request to our support helpdesk support@presentationsolutions.co.uk and they will arrange for this to be sent to you.
Please note, any ClickOnce deployed installations of Create must be uninstalled before installing via MSI.

What is the onboarding process?
New clients must register the Create web apps within their Active Directory for Create to function correctly. Presentation Solutions will provide a link to facilitate this.
