If you are an author and you wish to replace an existing author-generated shape:
- Select the new version of the shape in your presentation.
- Open the pane at the Shapes panel.
- Select the shape you wish to replace and select .
The task pane will open and the existing information for the shape will be displayed.
- Make any required changes to the information and click .
The new shape that you had selected in your presentation will replace the one that had previously been uploaded.
