Use Create to add shapes, images, icons and maps to your presentation. Any built-in content you insert from the Shapes & Images task pane will be formatted according to your company’s branding.

The content on the Shapes & Images task pane will be available in all templates in which you are working and will have been either built in to the Create software or uploaded by designated authors within your organisation.

______

The Shapes panel contains a selection of PowerPoint drawing shapes and diagrams such as organisation charts, processes, timelines.

Shapes can be stored in folders and can be built-in to the Create software or uploaded by authors.

Select Shapes on the ribbon or side bar to open the Shapes & Images task pane.

The Shapes & Images task pane opens at the Shapes panel.

  • You can change views by clicking the list or thumbnail icons on the top right.
  • In list view, select Expand all, to see all templates, or click the + to expand a single folder.
  • Search for a particular shape or key word tag by typing the name and selecting the magnifying icon.

  • Select a placeholder in your presentation to insert the new shape inside it. If you select Scale proportionately, the shape will be resized proportionately within the selected placeholder.
  • If a shape has been uploaded by an author in your organisation, the author’s email address will be displayed in the information panel at the bottom of the task pane.
  • Double-click on the shape to insert it or select it and click Apply.
