If a user does not have the correct version of the .NET Framework (.NET) that is a prerequisite for Create when attempting to install Create from the setup.exe they will be prompted to agree a licence agreement and then install .NET.
Installation of .NET will require admin rights. Select Accept and then enter your admin username and password.
