Modified on Thu, 24 Sep at 10:46 AM

Company information records can contain a range of fields such as registered company text and copyright dates. The fields included will vary according to your company’s customisation of Create.

Generating the Company Information Workbook

This will generate a workbook containing the current company information records stored in Create and allow an author to make changes.

From the Author task pane select the Company Information panel.

Select Generate Workbook below Company Information Records.

The Browse for Folder dialog will appear. Browse to the location in which you want to save the workbook.

Click OK.

Once the workbook has generated it will be opened in Excel.

    Editing the Company Information Workbook

In the generated workbook, note the instructions at the top of the worksheet carefully before starting to edit.

Make your required changes to the existing fields or add a new row to add new records.

    Save the workbook.
